Coaches and Bench Staff are the backbone of our organization and without their volunteerism we could not have as successful of an organization as we do. A good coach is positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trusting, focused, goal-oriented, knowledgeable, observant, respectful, patient and a clear communicator, among many other things that make a team come together season after season. We greatly appreciate all those who step forward and volunteer their time on the bench, thank you! As a board we appreciate receiving feedback each season from our players and parents. Thank you. Please return in confidence, all coaches evaluation forms by the 3rd Sunday in August.

Coach Evaluation

At WMBA we are aware of how important our coaches are and the impact they can have on your children. Are the kids having fun? Are they learning the game? Are they playing as much as possible? Is the coach being fair and equitable? The answers to these and many more questions are important to all of us so please take a few minutes to complete this form so we can continue to ensure that our volunteer coaches are having the most positive influence on the players. Your report is received only by the Executive Members of WMBA and will be held in the strictest of confidence. Please feel free to submit feedback on any member of the bench staff but we ask that all players and families give us a season-ending summary of their experiences with our coaches - good or bad.
