9U LCGSL Rules (Girls non PWSA)
- No new inning after 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Stopage of Play - all runners willstop advancing when the ball has been received by a player in the infield
- Home runs are allowed at the 9u level provided stoppage of play rule is being followed
- 10 players on the filed
- No stealing
- no infield fly
- 5 pitches to hit the ball, foul ball on 5th pitch results in another pitch unless caught by catcher
- The coach must wear a skull cap at pitching machine
- Pitching machine at 33 - 35 mph
- No time should a player enter in pitching machine area (circle) If a ball remains in the circle, or hits the machine. the ball is dead and all players who are forced to move advance.
